Charade, classic romantic murder mystery starring Grant and Hepburn

I bought a pair of shorts today at Target. It was much needed. I go hiking every other day with my buddy Mike, and my other pairs of shorts each have a problem. One pair of cargos is too heavy and has a spot from a laundry accident, another is too short so I look like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the 70's, and yet another pair has no pockets. But these shorts I bought, oh man, they look smooth. Long, light blue Champions that stretch to my knees, two vertical white stripes with black bars on either side, deep pockets, elastic waistband, the tiny little holes that just make shorts breathe. A boy could fly in these. I never think to buy myself something good, but sometimes when I do it really does cheer me up. Also, it's almost fall, so they were on the clearance rack. Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant and their finest, hilarious, thrilling adventure. Five stars. Oh and I'm wearing them right now.

  1. Well, I suppose nothing really needs to be said about Charade, beyond a recommendation to go see it.
